- Working with department leaders to discover and identify project opportunities.
- Organizing and directing assigned performance improvement projects using methods of team building, data gathering and analysis, process mapping, and problem solving.
- Establishing appropriate tools to monitor progress of planned improvement implementation and achievement of expected benefits.
- Developing and maintaining required documentation throughout the project life cycle.
- Building and developing working relationships through coaching/mentoring of project team members and business partners to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participating in developing and delivering training content in support of the performance improvement strategy.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology.
- Infrastructure projects work experience.
- Experience working with data sets and/or Microsoft Excel modelling; utilizing valuation and impact analysis methodologies, using workflow diagramming applications to document business processes.
