- Diploma in business administration, project management or other related fields.
- Considerable progressive experience in portfolio management and project management roles.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience acceptable to the employer.
- Sound knowledge of the principles and practices associated with portfolio management and project management processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and relevant software

Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director, DAS Project Management Office, the Portfolio Analyst participates in the development and maintenance of the housing development project lifecycle and governance model to ensure appropriate controls and reporting are in place. The position is responsible for driving projects within the assigned portfolio through the portfolio lifecycle by providing policies, processes, guidelines, systems, training and coaching to project managers. This position is also responsible for project planning, project governance, portfolio risk management, project delivery standards and resources management to ensure there is capacity to execute the portfolio of projects.
