- Proactively develop and maintain key relationships within region
- Liaise between producers/advisors and head office to ensure highest standard of service
- Identify training needs and recommend sales/marketing solutions with focus on maximizing sales
- Provide marketing, product and administrative support including sales calls and database development
- Implement and sustain a call rotation and activity level which allows you to focus on our key advisors
- Provide basic training through one-on-one sessions and large group presentations
- Attend Greatway related events (virtual for now) throughout the year (occasional evening and weekends
- You will work virtually out of your home base in Alberta
- Proven problem solving, customer service and organizational skills is critical to this role
- Knowledge of the Canadian Life Insurance industry and products with at least 3 - 4 years of experience;
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to seek and identify new business opportunities
- Proven ability to build on existing business
- Ability to forecast needs of Sales Directors as well as producers/advisors
- Solid business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written
- Effective time management skills with the ability to manage numerous relationships well
- Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
- Awareness and integrity as it relates to the team's compliance management activities
