    As an Associates Sales Director you will provide inside sales support for the Sales Directors, including but not limited to marketing products and concepts to advisors, consulting with advisors on cases, comparing ivari's product offerings with the competitions', using sales concepts to meet client needs.

    Liaise between producers/advisors and head office to ensure highest standard of service

    ~ Identify training needs and recommend sales/marketing solutions with focus on maximizing sales

    ~ Provide marketing, product and administrative support including sales calls and database development

    ~ Implement and sustain a call rotation and activity level which allows you to focus on our key advisors

    Provide basic training through one-on-one sessions and large group presentations

    ~ Attend Greatway related events (virtual for now) throughout the year (occasional evening and weekends

    You will work virtually out of your home base in Alberta

    University degree or equivalent work experience

    ~ Ability to forecast needs of Sales Directors as well as producers/advisors

    ~ Solid business acumen

    ~ Effective time management skills with the ability to manage numerous relationships well

    ~ Awareness and integrity as it relates to the team's compliance management activities
