    • What you do

  • Our Front DeskAgents welcome all guests with warm and personable service, become localexperts and take care of our in-house community.
  • Fulfil daily front desk duties - everything from handling cash and card transactions, organizing room allocations, answering incoming queries by e-mail and telephone, to chatting with the public and problem solving.
  • Help a not-for-profit organization that embraces sustainable tourism and make travel accessible to all.
  • Constantly grow Many of our leaders started out on the front lines, and we're eager to promote from within and provide opportunities to try out different roles.

    • What we look for

  • You'll be somebody who enjoys working with and meeting new people; we'll train you up on our Property Management system, and some prior experience is always an asset.
  • You'll need to be a quick learner, comfortable thinking on your feet and solving problems – you'll quickly become an expert on all things to do with the hostel, the town and outdoor adventures, and share your knowledge with our guests.
  • You'll bring your positive energy, and be able to smile in the face of daily challenges. An understanding of service recovery and experience handling and resolving guest complaints effectively is essential.
