- Fullfill request and process orders
- Issue purchase orders and expedite purchase orders as required and report changed in delivery schedules
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with suppliers as well as internal and external clients
- Purchasing inventory in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
- Help foster continuous improvements to the purchasing function and systems
- Schedule Shipments and delivery of orders
- Be familiar with products and services
- Ensure product availability
- Responsible for verifying the accuracy of all purchase orders and entering them into data base
- Maintain up to date accurate files on customers
- Liaise between customer and different departments to ensure accurate consistent information
- Maintain a deep understating of the company's products or services to accurately answer customer questions and provide relative information

- Organize Calendars, create documents/ reports
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Legal to work in Canada
- Works well in fast paced environment
- Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication independently or as part of a team
- Works well individually and as part of a cohesive unit
- Ability to learn and understand new computer systems and software
- Filing & telephone experience
- QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, experience
- Bookkeeping an asset
