    Leasing and Property Administrator - Fortress Properties Inc.

    is a full-service property management company specializing in commercial leasing with over 1.We focus on efficiency and building a high performing organization in fast paced, fun and diverse working environment.

    We are currently seeking a full-time administrator to assist with a variety of tasks including but not limited to the following:
    Lease Administration Support (assist the Lease Administrator with everyday tasks when needed such as leases, offers, renewals, summaries, reporting and distribution of reports)
    Property Management Support (assist with administrative duties with a focus on collections).
    Accounting Support (assist with letters and statements).
    Proficient in Word and Excel. Experience with YARDI would be an asset.
    ~ A positive disposition with confidence in contacting customers about their accounts.
    ~ 3 years experience in property management administration would be considered an asset.

    Our office hours are Monday -Friday 8:30am -5:00pm.
