    MissionDirectly reporting to the CFO, your mission is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of financial processes within the organization as well as to support the financial stability and growth of the organization through informed decision-making and strategic planning.


    Your objectives will be to:
    Monitor Financial TransactionsAnalyze Financial DataReporting and ForecastingImprove ProcessManage BudgetResponsibilities1/ Account ReceivablesCollect payments from customer accountsFollow-up on overdue accountsReconcile account statements with ERPProcess major accounts invoicingAnalyze collection and order trends to forecast cash inflows and inventory requirements2/ Account PayablesProcess electronic payment of accounts payablesReconcile and automate sales representatives commissionsReconcile external account statements with suppliers' invoicesOptimize the payment processAnalyze payment trends to forecast cash outflows3/ Payroll and Human RessourcesManage payroll for employeesManage group insuranceManage and optimize internal purchasing requests4/ Revenue and InventoryExtract and analyze data periodicallyAdjust inventory costs in the systemAssist CFO and CEO in various financial analyses of profitability and optimizationExperience2+ years' experience in Financial Operations and PlanningStrong experience with Data AnalyticsStrong experience with Process ImprovementStrong experience with ReportingExperience with the agri-food industry (a plus)

    Experience with ERP systemsExcellent communication skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Corporate FinanceBilingual French / EnglishEndurance sports (a plus)Job DetailsStarting Date :
