As a Technical Architect , you are a subject matter expert in multiple families of solutions and serve as a senior advisor to leadershipResearch, implement and build training on tools and processes to support M365 services offers in conjunction with key stakeholders across the business
E xpand technical depth in products, solutions, and services . Achieves advanced certifications and technical depth in relevant technologies for CDW's Partner Certification Requirements.
Design technical solutions using standard approaches, considering the customer's infrastructure limitations and opportunities; Determine and define services that complement and/or round out proposed hardware and software engagements, estimates requir ed consultant effort.
Conducts technology/solutions training for CDW audiences using individually developed material.10+ years in an IT consulting or senior IT operations role
~ Deep technical expertise in Microsoft M odern W orkplace, M365 and Intune
~ Experience in collaborating directly with customers along with a proven track record of technical leadership and accomplishments
~ Ability to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with customers, coworkers, management and executives
~ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
