    Fabricville is currently seeking a full-time professional in the fieldof customer service.

    The primary responsibilities of this role includecontributing to the success and profitability of our e-commerce store whileworking alongside a team of dedicated associates.

    Experience and skills required:

    • Ability to multitask andadapt to a dynamic environment.
    • Excellentcommunication skills in French as well as English (written + oral).
    • Problem-solvingcapabilities.
    • Previousexperience in e-commerce customer service.
    • Experience with Zendesk is an asset.
    • Knowledge or interest in fabrics and/or sewing an asset.
