Sales Enablement Manager - Cambridge, Canada - MealSuite

    Default job background
    Full time
    Description

MealSuite, an Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Company, is a privately owned SaaS organization with 130 team members across Cambridge, ON, Canada, Dallas, TX, USA, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Our suite of end-to-end foodservice technology solutions helps professionals across healthcare and aging services streamline their operations, save time, reduce food waste, and meet regulatory requirements, so they can focus on what matters most: improving the quality of patient and resident care.

We're looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our Sales Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll be enhancing the performance of our Sales team by providing tools, training, and efficiencies, bridging the gaps between Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

A day in the life as a Sales Enablement Manager:

    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and product knowledge.
    • Conduct regular workshops to introduce internal sales teams and reseller partners to new products and feature enhancements as they are released.
    • Lead product sales training and sales enablement in support of partner representatives.
    • Create and maintain sales toolkits, training materials, and resources to support the sales team and reseller partners throughout the sales cycle.
    • Administer revenue team enablement software tools, such as SalesLoft, Salesforce, PandaDoc, and sales training platforms.
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop and maintain a repository of sales collateral, case studies, testimonials, and other assets to support sales efforts.
    • Support the onboarding and ramp-up of new sales team members by providing product sales training.

In the first year, you'll be successful at reaching these milestones:

    • Work with leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess an effective sales enablement program at Mealsuite.
    • Develop effective onboarding and training programs for new sales team members.

If the below describe your knowledge, experience and character, this role could be for you:

    • I have strong knowledge of sales enablement.
    • I gained my knowledge through a combination of professional experience in sales, sales operations, and marketing, and I have worked for a SaaS organization.
    • I have experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, PandaDoc, and/or Hubspot.
    • I have experience delivering sales training programs and developing training resources.
    • I have a proven ability to learn new products and features and create sales collateral to support sales efforts.
    • I have ideally had exposure to the healthcare or health-tech industry; bonus points if I have experience in senior living or have used MealSuite in the past.
    • I'm willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA.
    • I am curious and empathetic by nature.
    • I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
    • I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills

We know imposter syndrome can be REAL when applying for a new role, but please don't let the confidence gap prevent you from taking a leap and applying for your dream job. Your future self will thank you
