    Description
    We are a leading firm specializing in high-end residential landscape architecture. Our goal is to create stunning outdoor environments that inspire and elevate the quality of life for our clients. To support our design process, we are seeking a skilled 3D Visualization Specialist to join our team.

    As a 3D Visualization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in visualizing our landscape designs.

    You will work closely with our senior architects and designers to create realistic and compelling 3D renderings, 3D models, and animations that help our clients envision their future outdoor spaces.

    Create and manipulate detailed 3D models of landscape designs from 2D cad plans
    Collaborate with landscape architects to ensure accurate representation of the designs
    Producing detailed and realistic 3D renderings from 3D models
    Develop 3D animations to showcase design concepts
    Work with the design team and clients to adjust visualizations based on feedback

    Minimum of 2 years' work experience in 3D Architectural or Landscape Architectural Visualization
    Completion of a degree in 3D Visualization, fine art, graphic design, landscape design, or a related discipline
    Proficiency in 3D modelling software (Sketchup preferred)
    Advanced-level rendering and 3D modeling abilities with Sketch Up Pro, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
    Proficiency in AutoCAD
    Proficiency in Vectorworks would be considered an asset
    Understanding and interest in applied design

    This position offers a full-time employment, with a standard workload of 40 hours per week, within a collaborative studio environment.

    Salary and vacation will be aligned with experience, with the office closed during the winter holiday period. As part of our commitment to staff growth, we cover membership fees for OALA while under BLA employment. In addition, there is potential for earning bonuses based on outstanding performance.
