Description
We are looking for Regional Vice-President, Advisor Relationships who will be responsible managing connections with Advisors, succession planning, retention and continuous drive to foster branch and advisor relationships.
You will continuously nurture the business relationship between Investia and the Branch Advisor network;Your role will be also responsible for promoting programs, products and tools to the identified groups/individual networks consistent with the company's goals and initiatives;
You will be the main point of contact between the Advisor and the Head Office Staff to settle grievances and maintain the cooperation that is necessary for the smooth running of operations;
You will be in charge of ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are adhered to by supporting the implementation of compliance policies and procedures, reviews, and training programs;
You will be responsible for ensuring advisors have adequate knowledge and sound background to effectively provide suitable, affordable and viable recommendations to clients without putting themselves, or dealer at risk or disrepute;
You will collaborates with other departments to meet requests from the Advisor network and proposes progressive ideas;
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and or 10 + years of relevant experience
Good knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
