    Our portfolio of homes for lease in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Seattle is growing fast and we're hiring a talented Leasing Associate to join our team.

    Being articulate, driven, creative and a self-starter with a sharp mind for problem solving will be an asset. Respond to leasing inquiries, securing appointments to view the property and update/record activity
    Prepare and execute leases in accordance with our property standards and government regulations
    Follow-up on all incoming leads for unfurnished leasing inquiries in a timely fashion, ensuring that resident needs are addressed while at the same time evaluating and maximizing the revenue potential of all potential tenants
    Close sales for leasing unfurnished suites to meet or exceed company goals
    Ensure a positive customer experience by setting precise expectations and informing clients accurately on the leasing process
    Ensure timely and accurate completion and entry of all leasing documentation, including application forms, Tenancy Agreements, and other supporting documentation;
    Uphold Westbank Living's mission, vision, and values serving as a brand and cultural ambassador for our residents, co-workers, vendors, and the public
    Inspect all vacant suites daily before and after workday to ensure suites are in optimal condition for showings/appointments
    Must be able to work some evenings/weekends and statutory holidays
    Proficient knowledge of leasing principles and relevant legislation
    Advanced knowledge of marketing and social media practices
    Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce
    Project a professional image and demeanor
    Familiarity with smart phone and tablet technology
    Familiarity of DocuSign, Yardi Voyager, Rent Café, and Rent Café CRM
