HomeLife's global expansion plans recognize the potential for vast increases in efficiencies by adopting cuttingedge technologies relevant to our industry. The PIM is responsible for coordinating with vendors to ensure that the products delivered are aligned with our requirements and business performance objectives, and to create inhouse teams for further agile development, maintenance, and support, based on our needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a similar field
Demonstrated technological and business acumen
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent understanding of current IT best practices, project planning, and business process management
Experience designing software solutions for efficiency, scalability, and reliability
Experience with fullstack development is strongly preferred
Ability to quickly build credibility and influence with a variety of personality types
Executivelevel interpersonal and problemsolving skills
Excellent partnership and vendor management skills
Proven ability to establish and grow strong partnerships with stakeholders inside and outside of an organization.
Resourceful with a "can do" personality
Strong selfstarter who can selfprioritize, take the initiative, identify new opportunities, and have the drive and ability to bring them to life
