    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Powertrain Controls Engineer!



    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop new features and enhance existing algorithms
    • Collaborate with a diverse team using various tools through the development process
    • Interface with stakeholders to understand requirements
    • Implement high-voltage energy management strategies
    • Assess and validate control algorithms
    • Track project progress and present technical reports
    • Participate in decision-making for control strategy design


    REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 3-5 years of experience. Alternatively, a PhD with industry-oriented research experience

    Experience in control algorithm development

    Knowledge of simulation tools like MATLAB/Simulink

    Understanding of electrified powertrain systems and high-voltage batteries

    Ability to collaborate remotely with global teams



    PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    Understanding of classic control theory and optimization

    Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

    Passionate about work and proactive in approach
