    Time Management — Uses time efficiently, focuses on top priorities, respects the time of others, and can take ownership of tasks and projects to push them along.

    Assume full ownership of the sales team, providing strategic oversight and managing day-to-day operations.
    Foster close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product departments to drive revenue and execute growth strategies.

    Contribute to pipeline generation, prospecting, and lead generation through multiple channels, including cold calling, outbound email, SMS, and social media campaigns.

    Establish and monitor departmental targets and quotas, leveraging data analysis, market research, and industry trends.
    Develop impactful prospecting and outreach strategies in consultation with senior leadership.
    Generate and analyze regular reports to identify trends, opportunities, and successes, providing comprehensive updates to senior leadership.

    Mentor and support the professional development and growth of the sales team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

    Lead by example, showcasing exemplary cold calling skills and techniques to inspire the team.

    Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Lead Generation sales role, with a minimum of 2 years in a Team Lead or Management position.

    Preferably hold a post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
    Demonstrated drive to achieve and surpass measurable performance goals.
    Proven experience coaching, mentoring, and guiding sales professionals toward their professional development and growth.
    Willingness to lead by example, including proficiency in cold calling to demonstrate effective techniques to the team.
    Familiarity with Salesforce and ZoomInfo platforms is a plus.
