    Ce poste est sur site dans l'entrepôt

    L'analyste gestion des stocks et de la de la conformité assure l'exécution sans failles de l'ensemble des activités opérationnelles et administratives en lien avec les exigences et règlements de Santé Canada et autres instances internes et externes.

    Le titulaire participe activement à l'amélioration continue dans les domaines de la performance opérationnelle, la sécurité, la qualité ainsi que la satisfaction de la clientèle conformément aux procédures opérationnelles standard (POS) de McKesson, tout en favorisant un environnement de travail gratifiant et mobilisant en lien avec les valeurs « Je m'engage » et ILEAD de l'organisation.

    Développe des objectifs et indicateurs clé de performance en lien avec les stratégies et priorités de l'organisation.

    Coordonne l'analyse des causes racines pour évaluer les écarts des processus et mettre en place des plans de remédiation.

    Soutient les initiatives de transformation clés liées aux changements opérationnels – à court et moyen termes.
    S'assure que tous les processus respectent les exigences de conformité SOX et BPD.

    Promue une culture d'amélioration continue en utilisant les meilleures pratiques de rétroaction et reconnaissance pour motiver, engager et fidéliser nos talents.

    Soutenir la communication et les opérations de gestion du changement liées aux projets d'optimisation et de transformation de l'inventaire et de la distribution.

    Le bilinguisme (anglais-français) est un atout;
    Bonne maitrise d'outils informatiques tel que Microsoft Office;
