    Skills and Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Direct project teams, both internal and external partners, to align with project goals and objectives.
    • Risk Management: Assist the team in identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies for successful project completion.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.
    • Communication: Maintain clear communication channels with project partners by providing regular updates and reports.
    • Scope Management: Collaborate with the business to establish and monitor project scope, implementing necessary changes as required.
    • Financial Management: Develop cost models, manage budgets and expenses, and make critical adjustments to remain within budget constraints.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables adhere to quality standards and industry best practices.
    • Governance: Maintain project documentation, including plans and status reports, to ensure proper project management.
    • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project issues and obstacles to keep projects on schedule.
    • Good to have Skills: Senior Project Manager Project Planning: Create integrated project plans encompassing scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
