    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team . As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and assisting in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage and organize emails, documents, and other digital files
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Assist in research and data analysis projects
    • Handle incoming calls and inquiries
    • Provide general administrative support to team members
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
    Skills:
    • Attention to detail
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    Experience:
    • Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
    • Experience working in the Information Technology and Services industry is a plus
