    Quality Assurance Operations Specialist- temporary 20 months

    As the QA Operations Specialist, you are responsible for the coordination of QA requests between clients and the different PMS sectors (stability, validation, QC, etc) and the transmission of required documents for submission with the Marketing group.

    You will contribute to the change control process regarding the customer service activities and changes to masters.
    Coordinate the QA requests between clients and


    PMS:
    Manage and communicate the priorities for sending documentation.
    Review and approve the client specifications for Private Brand OTC products.
    Review the Change Controls related to the MBR changes.
    Perform QA approval of the artwork:
    Verify the file, release and blocked status in SAP, and the classifying of the files.
    Approve change controls related to artworks (changes and creation).
    Send complaint letter to the suppliers when non-compliance events are detected.
    Related to product release and compliance:
    Prepare periodic reports of performance indicators and issue recommendations when needed.
    Analytical skills and ability to summarize vast amounts of data
    Planning and organizational skills
    Competence with MS Office
    Good knowledge of the practical aspects of manufacturing, quality control and quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry
    Bachelor or better in Science or related field.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related sector #J-18808-Ljbffr
