    We are looking to hire Maintenance Technicians at Action Furnace, a residential HVAC company based in Alberta.     Responsibilities:
    - Duct Cleaning: Conduct duct cleaning in residential properties using portable vacuum and high-pressured air
    - HVAC Tune Ups: Inspect and clean residential gas furnaces and central air conditioning units, perform safety checks on HVAC systems
    - Customer Solutions: Recommend necessary services to prolong HVAC equipment lifespan, inform homeowners of safety check results and potential hazards
    - Customer Experience: Ensure customer comfort, explain services provided, and advise on extending system lifespan
    - Safety: Engage in company safety program, adhere to OH&S guidelines, perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance

    Qualifications:
    - Minimum 3-year clean driver's license
    - Strong problem-solving skills
    - Positive attitude
    - Ability to work well in a team
    - Excellent organizational and customer service skills
