    Description
    Create comprehensive testing strategy and project delivery. Create documentation templates (test plan, test cases, etc.) and create a library of common tests. Fully defined QA processes, agile methodology. Strong focus on manual ecommerce website testing, order flows, as well as seeking opportunities in automated testing.

    Manage system and problem analysis, as well as directly perform complex system and problem analysis, associated with application development and test management functions.

    Participate in assessments with meeting test criteria, product releases and software deployment readiness.

    You will also make recommendations to improve test procedures and assist with the development of test processes, methods, and tools.

    Creating test scenarios based on user stories.
    Backend database testing in Microsoft SQL environment including validating stored procs, jobs and triggers.
    Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
    Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.
    College diploma or University degree in a quantitative field
    ~5+ years software testing and support experience
    ~ Good Retail Domain, Agile and Testing skills
    ~ Familiar with business applications supporting capabilities like Inventory Replenishment, Assortment planning etc.
    ~ Well verse with all QA processes

    Highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, attention to detail and demonstrated track record in managing multiple projects/tasks concurrently in tight timelines.

    Monitor project progress by tracking activity; Follow and align processes with the System Development Lifecycle processes, policies and standards.

    Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
    Able to solidly incorporate this information, along with project business objectives, into appropriate development strategies and plans.
