    Responsible for the smooth operation of the entire Kitchen cleaning function and team for our prestigious Hotel Property in Princeville, HI.

    Responsible for ensuring that our customer's kitchens are kept clean up to the highest standards. Must have high volume multiple kitchen experience in dishwashing & kitchen cleaning.
    Supervises daily activities in the Kitchen Cleaning Department, including dishwashing
    Purchase, re-order and maintain kitchen cleaning supplies
    Schedule and train new stewarding and Kitchen Cleaning team members
    Adheres to all company and regulatory policies. Reports any wrongdoing to corporate headquarters in Miramar, Florida
    Works weekends, holidays, rotating shifts and long hours

    Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals
    Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation
    High School or GED
    Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
