    Senior Software Engineer - Developer Platform Team - Golang (Remote)

    What you will be responsible for:

    • Building, maintaining, and scaling the developer platform to aid engineering teams in developing and deploying software using DevSecOps best practices.
    • Participating in architectural definitions with a high level of innovation and creativity.
    • Creating the necessary infrastructure and framework to enhance scalability and deployment simplicity.
    • Collaborating in a diverse team to support customers and partners.
    • Researching new frameworks and services to gain insights into complex scenarios and suggesting new features based on findings.
    • Operating in an agile environment with a DevSecOps approach, where teams build and maintain their secure software, including sharing on-call duties.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
    • 5+ years of practical experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and scaling in a production environment.
    • Proficiency in Golang, React, Groovy, or other object-oriented languages, with a willingness to learn and adapt to different languages and frameworks.
    • Experience with Docker and K8S.
    • Familiarity with security scanning tools like trivy, Snyk, etc.
    • Knowledge of systems administration tools like GitHub enterprise, Artifactory, etc.
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment that emphasizes delivering production code regularly using Agile practices.
    • Collaborative work style that involves colleagues in critical decisions and promotes shared code ownership.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Contributions to open-source projects.
    • Familiarity with Terraform, Jenkins, AWS Services (EKS, EC2, etc).
    • Understanding the value of DevSecOps practices in enhancing a development team's efficiency and reliability.
    • Experience with language dependency/package tooling like Gradle / Maven, pip, Rubygems, npm / yarn.
