    We are looking for a Dispatcher

    Summary of main functions:

    • Coordinate and manage the receiving, shipping, handling of all materials and finished products from the plant ;
    • Optimize the use of warehouse space and ensure that merchandise is handled properly and safely ;
    • Coordinate and monitor the movement of products and ensure that products are shipped and received on time ;

    Description of the profile sought:

    • Attention to detail, analytical mind and spirit of synthesis ;
    • Strong sense of responsibility ;
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills ;
    • Excellent deductive and inductive reasoning ;
    • Sens of planning and organization.

    List of essential experiences to feel good in the job:

    • Knowledge and experience in manufacturing ;
    • Participation in daily transition meetings to receive and give reports on the achievement of various objectives
    • Problems encountered, current and future action plans and future operations
    • Follow ups up on the drivers of transport partner and approve their timesheets
    • Good knowledge of logistics and transportation techniques as well as laws, rules and regulations governing the industry.MS Office.

    Other practical but non-essential features:

    Monday, Bilingual (French and English)
