    Description

    This position is open to candidates willing to commute to 1655 rue de Louvian O in Montreal (next to Marché Centrale) in Montreal and are bi-lingual.

    This is an in office position and reports to the President
    Our mission is to help & succeed in reducing the number of smokers across Canada. You assist primarily in overseeing allocation of inventory with other administrative and operational duties.

    Analyze sales data and inventory levels to determine merchandise allocation
    Monitor store inventory levels and adjust allocations as necessary

    Run the inventory replenishment on weekly basis in order to keep optimal inventory level per store and group of product.

    Analyzing weekly performance and understanding the needs of different stores for different product categories
    Create and maintain reports to track inventory levels and allocation performance
    Research and evaluate inventory gaps and make necessary adjustments
    General office work, filing, emailing
    We are open to recent graduates with relevant studies (Examples: Proven knowledge of Office 365, especially MS Excel (Example: Ability to communicate in a professional and efficient manner in French (must) and English
