At Wisedocs AI, you'll be at the heart of a team dedicated to redefining the future of healthcare data through innovative cloud technology.
The position is a hybrid model with primarily remote work, while requiring on-site presence at least twice a month in Downtown Toronto.
Leading the development and maintenance of our back-end services in Python, ensuring code quality, security, and scalability.Utilizing Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, emphasizing automation, security, and maintainability across all cloud infrastructure layers.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align cloud infrastructure design with application development needs, ensuring seamless CI/CD pipeline integration and application deployment.
Proactively identifying and implementing optimizations for cloud resource usage, with a focus on cost-efficiency, performance, and security compliance.Spearheading incident response and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring robust data protection and minimal downtime.
At least 5 years of experience in back-end development, with a strong proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of secure coding practices.
Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a shift towards AWS expertise, Terraform, and an overarching focus on cloud security.
Comprehensive knowledge of cloud security principles, risk management, compliance standards, and best practices in a cloud-centric ecosystem.Familiarity with modern development and cloud infrastructure practices, including DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing and deployment mechanisms.
