    As a Delivery Consultant, you will learn and experience how we apply technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery using consultative skills such as problem-solving issue- / hypothesis-based methodologies, communication, and service orientation skills.

    As a member of IBM Technology Expert Labs, you will be client-focused, courageous, pragmatic, and technical to optimize and trailblaze new solutions that address real business challenges.

    Understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions that help them reach true business value by working through the phases of design, development integration, implementation, migration and product support with a sense of urgency.


    Agile Planning and Execution:

    Creating and executing agile plans where you are responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations.

    Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions.

    Good solution design, implementation, testing and support skills
    Familiar with Requirements Analysis, Design, Implementation, Validation/Testing, Go-live, Post go-live assistance
    Familiar with Agile delivery practices and tools
    Experience with Upgrades and Migrations, Solution Assessments, Health Checks, Onboarding, Performance Testing and Tuning, Capacity Planning, Training etc

    Databases:
    DB2, SQL Server, Oracle

    Familiarity with Cloud deployments:
    DevOps and CI/CD
    Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Microservices, Design Thinking
    Prepare and provide client presentations including demos as per project requirement
    Share knowledge with the team and mentor juniors
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    2 to 4 years of strong, hands-on solution implementation experience with:
    IBM Sterling Control Center (ICC),
    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    IBM Sterling Control Center Director (CCD),
    IBM Transformation Extender/Advanced (ITX)
