    Senior Collaboration Administrator at a Leading Company

    In scope

    • Location: Regina (hybrid work option)
    • Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
    • Division: Systems
    • Pay Range: $84,000 - $106,032.00

    General Accountability

    The Senior Collaboration Administrator is responsible for developing and implementing governance and information architecture plans for collaboration platforms. This includes designing technology specifications, test plans, and contributing to deployment strategies. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure IT standards compliance and efficient platform usability for end-users.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Consults with stakeholders on aligning collaboration tools with corporate standards
    • Supports architecture design and implementation of collaboration platforms
    • Documents system design changes and implements modifications
    • Develops complex integrations between different platforms
    • Participates in infrastructure projects affecting collaboration systems
    • Identifies automation opportunities and enhances collaboration solutions
    • Contributes to continuous deployment strategies
    • Develops training materials and mentors junior staff
    • Evaluates monitoring solutions and recommends enterprise-grade enhancements

    Technical Knowledge & Skills

    Education & Certifications

    • Four-year degree in Information Technology or related field

    Experience

    • 3-5 years supporting collaboration software environments
