- Act as the main point of contact, offering expert guidance to customers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure timely and successful service delivery based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with operational colleagues to meet customer requirements and drive growth.
- Identify business development and sales opportunities.
- Assist customers with inquiries and information requests.
- Expand the client base through proactive outreach and networking.
- Communicate with the pricing department to set rates.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain potential customer information in our CRM system.
- At least 3 years of transportation or logistics sales experience.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Resourceful and solution-oriented mindset.
- Cold calling experience is a must.
- Knowledge of Transport brokerage (3PL)
- This is a hybrid role meaning you will be working a blend of in office, on the road as well the ability to work from home occasionally.
