    In your role, you will

  • Proactively oversee and manage environmental activities at Bombardier's manufacturing sites.
  • Collaborate and support stakeholders in the strategic development and implementation of the environmental part of our ESG plan.
  • Work closely with plant engineering and safety teams to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
  • Ensure that environmental compliance risks are adequately managed across the organization.
  • Implement initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of our activities.
  • Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures in line with our ISO14001 certification.
  • Establish a process to identify best practices and trends in the environment within our industry.
  • Manage the development of the environmental advisory team.
  • Manage team budget.

    • As our ideal candidate

  • You hold a degree in environment, environmental science or a related field.
  • You have 8 year's of experience in environmental management in a manufacturing environment.
  • You have a good knowledge of environmental standards and applicable regulations.
  • You can think strategically, seek original solutions, analyze and solve problems.
  • You have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • You have strong leadership and team management skills.
  • You are bilingual (English & French).
  • You have experience in team management -Asset
