As an Intermediate Network Analyst in the IT Security Infrastructure and Assets Operations team at National Bank, you'll play a key role in resolving network incidents and implementing various change requests. Your expertise in network incident resolution and familiarity with Cisco, F5, CheckPoint, and AWS platforms will contribute significantly to our organization.

Your Role:

Manage simple to complex network incidents
Process various network operational requests promptly
Monitor alerts from multiple systems
Ensure environment stability and usability
Keep CMDB up to date with environment changes
Assist in resolving security issues
Implement approved firewall rules

Your Team:

Joining our IT and Operations sector means collaborating with a diverse team of 15 colleagues. Reporting to the Manager, IT Telecommunications Management, you'll enjoy a dynamic environment known for its versatility and internal/external teamwork. Our team provides 24/7 support across the Bank, with additional support from our Thailand team.

We prioritize on-the-job learning to help you excel in your role. Tailored training content on Cisco, CheckPoint, AWS, F5, and more is available to foster continuous growth. Access a wide range of expertise within your colleagues to enrich your development in all facets.

Prerequisites:

Experience in resolving Cisco network issues
Strong grasp of network technologies/concepts
Familiarity with network tools (Wireshark, Zabbix, etc.)
Prior exposure to the financial services sector preferred
Ability to work in complex environments and understand technical concepts
CCNA certification and ITIL certification are advantageous
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and deliver results
