    We are the fastest-growing company within the specialty beauty sector in Canada, constantly spearheading innovation in our industry. Excited to introduce new brands to Canadian consumers, we strive to maintain our position as the go-to source for beauty products.

    Join our team in Toronto and work closely with the Director of Retail. In this role, you will oversee and carry out various administrative tasks crucial for the smooth running of our D2C operation. Your work location will be our office in Toronto, ON.

    • Monitor the online portal (Shopify) to keep product information, pricing, and visuals updated in alignment with marketing campaigns.
    • Onboard new brands and products promptly by uploading them to Shopify.
    • Manage and organize inventory efficiently to track new products and shipments effectively.
    • Handle the CSM portal, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues, providing after-sales support as needed.
    • Store and organize D2C financial and non-financial data electronically, preparing reports when necessary.
    • Participate in product knowledge training to become well-versed in the company's services, brands, and products.
    • Support new openings, special projects, and off-site activities.
    • Assist in following up on meetings and progressing projects.
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal partners, vendors, brand founders, as well as external partners, editors, and agencies.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of progressive experience in a support role.
    • Previous exposure to consumer goods, hospitality, or cosmetics industries is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
    • Proactive, collaborative, and a team player.
    • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
    • Self-motivated with a flexible work approach.
    • Ability to collaborate and work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
