ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY


As a digital marketing strategist your main responsibility is to develop and execute online marketing strategies to promote Maxxit's products within the architecture and construction industry.

Your role would encompass various aspects of digital marketing, aiming to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales through online channels.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
This digital marketing strategist is a crucial role to help Maxxit stay competitive in the digital landscape and effectively reach its target audience, resulting in business growth and success through:

Digital Strategy Development:
Research and analyze the market to identify target audiences and industry trends.

Create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to architectural products, outlining specific goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on the research.


Content Marketing:
Produce engaging and informative content that highlights the architectural products' unique features and benefits. Create blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more, optimized for SEO.


Website Optimization:
Ensure the company website is user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and optimized for search engines will be crucial. Improve site navigation, page load times, and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.


Social Media Management:
Oversee the company's social media accounts and develop a content calendar to maintain a consistent online presence. Engage with the target audience, share relevant content, and promote architectural products effectively.


Paid Advertising:

Manage online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, or LinkedIn to boost brand visibility and drive traffic to the company's website.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

Monitoring the performance of digital marketing efforts and generating insightful reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.


Tradeshow & Event Coordination:

Oversee the coordination of all conferences, trades show and exhibition activities including pre-event planning, pre-event communication, logístical coordination, and post-event follow-ups.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or diploma in digital marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of handson experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to managing exhibitions/conferences.
  • Wellrounded understanding of the social media landscape, with a command of each network and their best practices
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Experience using social media management software to manage brand channels or monitor social media conversations.
  • Experience with social media campaign management with platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google analytics etc.
  • Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator and using graphics to promote brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and marketing software (CRM systems, CMS platforms, etc.).
