    Our client, an asset management company, is currently looking for a Senior Corporate Law Clerk. This company has an excellent culture and a lot of career development opportunities.

    Review and/or draft a variety of standard contracts and resolutions;

    • Assist in managing the corporate governance and corporate maintenance, including the coordination with external law firms who undertake such work;
    • Assist with regulatory compliance programs, transactions, and special projects;
    • Assist with litigation discovery requests, KYC requests, and other filings;
    • Providing administrative assistance to the SVP, Secretary & General Counsel and other legal staff;
    • Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
    8+ years' experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department in a corporate/commercial role;

    • Law Clerk or paralegal diploma from an accredited institution;
    • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and;
