    Description

    Altis is excited to announce a partnership with a leading financial firm. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and SEO Manager their join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the online presence of the company, a key asset in their digital marketing strategy.

    The ideal candidate MUST have more recent SEO experience in the financial/insurance sector.

    Perks Benefits after 3 months, RSP matching up to 4%, Health Care Spending Account $1,200 for a complete year, company bonus based on performance, 3 weeks vacation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Crafting and executing a detailed digital marketing strategy to bolster brand visibility and achieve company goals.
    • Spearheading the content direction for the website, ensuring it is current, compelling, and in sync with industry dynamics.
    • Analyzing and reporting the efficacy of digital marketing initiatives, leveraging metrics like site traffic to refine future approaches.
    • Enhancing the WordPress site for SEO purposes through thorough keyword research, and on-page and off-page SEO enhancements to boost search rankings.
    • Collaborating with our team to formulate unified content strategies and generate SEO-optimized content that meets our marketing goals.
    • Employing sophisticated WordPress design capabilities to develop and refresh visually attractive, intuitive web pages.
    • Keeping abreast of industry trends to curate fresh and innovative content for the website and social media platforms.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a concentrated expertise in SEO, WordPress, and web design.
    • Familiarity with the financial services industry is strongly preferred.
    • Advanced proficiency in SEO strategy, with a consistent history of enhancing organic search positions.
    • Outstanding analytical abilities with the skill to leverage data in decision making.
    • Superior written and oral communication prowess.
    • Robust project management expertise, capable of juggling several projects simultaneously and adhering to strict deadlines.
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
    • Certifications in SEO and Google Ads would be considered a plus.

    Educational Background:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is necessary.
