Description

Facilities Coordinator

Your Role: In this position, you'll play a crucial role in managing the facilities of the Faculty of Information at the University of Toronto. As a key part of the team, you'll be responsible for overseeing a variety of operations to ensure a smooth daily functioning.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate facilities across multiple buildings, ensuring security and operational efficiency
Handle administrative services such as access control, room bookings, and telecommunications systems
Manage issues like accidents, insurance claims, office moves, and purchasing of supplies and equipment
Support renovation projects and liaise with various stakeholder groups
Maintain inventories and coordinate with different departments to meet space and service requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of a College Diploma (2 years) or equivalent experience
At least three years of experience in building management or facilities maintenance
Demonstrated customer service excellence and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and technical systems

Pay and Schedule:
This position offers a competitive salary starting at $61,600 with opportunities for growth. It is a Full-Time role with a closing date for applications on 05/29/2024.
