    Résumé du poste :

  • Le gestionnaire de projets industriels est responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de l'exécution efficace de projets dans le domaine industriel.
  • Ce rôle implique la supervision de toutes les étapes du projet, depuis sa conception initiale jusqu'à sa mise en œuvre finale, en veillant à ce que les objectifs soient atteints dans les délais impartis et avec les ressources allouées.
  • Le gestionnaire de projets industriels doit être capable de gérer diverses équipes multidisciplinaires, de communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, ainsi que de résoudre les problèmes potentiels qui pourraient surgir tout au long du processus.

    • Responsabilités principales :

  • Planification et coordination des projets industriels, y compris l'élaboration de budgets, de calendriers et de jalons.
  • Supervision de l'équipe de projet, en assignant des tâches et en assurant la coordination efficace des efforts.
  • Communication régulière avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour assurer une compréhension claire des objectifs du projet et des progrès réalisés.
  • Gestion des ressources humaines, financières et matérielles nécessaires à la réalisation des projets.
  • Identification et gestion des risques potentiels, ainsi que mise en œuvre de mesures d'atténuation appropriées.
  • Résolution proactive des problèmes et des conflits qui pourraient survenir pendant la durée du projet.
  • Assurer le respect des normes de qualité, de santé, de sécurité et de durabilité tout au long du processus.

    • Compétences requises :

  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet, avec une expérience démontrée dans la coordination de projets industriels complexes.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication verbale et écrite, ainsi que de leadership.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et à diriger des groupes multidisciplinaires.
  • Forte orientation vers les résultats, avec une capacité à respecter les délais et les budgets.
  • Compétences en résolution de problèmes et en prise de décision.
  • Connaissance approfondie des processus industriels et des meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion de projet.
  • Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, en gestion des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Le gestionnaire de projets industriels joue un rôle crucial dans le succès des opérations industrielles, en garantissant la réalisation efficace des projets dans le respect des objectifs, des délais et des budgets définis.
