We are a team made up of creative individuals who have a passion for Retail. Located in the East of Montreal, IVC (International Visual Corporation) is a leading innovator and manufacturer of display solutions and commercial furniture for some of North America's largest retailers and brands.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to final delivery. You will work closely with design, production, procurement, and quality management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and required resources.

Ensure regular communication with all stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.

Monitor and adjust project plans based on scope changes, timelines, or budgets.

Resource and Logistics Management:

Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure necessary materials and components are available on time.

Assign tasks to team members and oversee their work to ensure completion within set timelines.

Coordinate production activities to ensure efficient resource utilization and meet delivery deadlines.

Quality Control and Compliance Monitoring:

Work closely with the quality control team to ensure quality standards are met at every stage of the manufacturing process.

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures when necessary.

Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards in all aspects of the project.

Reporting and Monitoring:

Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Evaluate project performance against defined objectives and identify improvement opportunities.

Document lessons learned and shared best practices to strengthen project management processes.

Profile

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a project management or coordination role, preferably in the manufacturing or cabinetmaking industry.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Practical knowledge of project tracking system and ERP would be an asset.

Understanding of manufacturing principles and quality control processes.

Open to travel; may be required from time to time
