    Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne passionnée par le commerce de détail qui désire développer ses compétences en gestion. Sous la direction du ou de la propriétaire du magasin, vous participerez aux activités quotidiennes du magasin. Vos excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, notamment votre capacité à motiver, à diriger et à faire participer les associés et associées avec qui vous travaillez, mèneront le magasin et son équipe au succès et concrétiseront notre essence de marque : des économies simples et sensées

    Responsabilités

  • Superviser le déroulement des activités quotidiennes
  • Mettre en application le système TG
  • Planifier et préparer les événements de soldes
  • Soutenir le gérant ou la gérante dans les initiatives liées à l'engagement du personnel

    • Exigences :

  • 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de magasin
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de planification et d'organisation
  • Solides compétences en marchandisage
  • Compétences analytiques permettant de prendre les mesures appropriées et de faire des recommandations pertinentes au propriétaire ou à la propriétaire du magasin
  • Implication active dans la communauté locale
  • Solide maîtrise de Microsoft Word et d'Outlook
  • Connaissance pratique de Workday, un atout

    Ce poste exige que vous soyez disponible pour travailler le jour, le soir et la fin de semaine.
