    Payroll Processing Specialists Freelance Accounting / Finance
    Description
    beBee Professionals is seeking a Payroll Analyst for Financial Services to join our team in Kingston. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.


    The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in payroll processing.

    The candidate should also have a strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.


    The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for:

    • Processing payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
    • Ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll regulations
    • Reconciling payroll accounts and preparing reports
    • Maintaining employee records and updating payroll information
    • Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll
