    The Administrative Coordinator (Global Industry Solutions) is responsible for supporting various administrative tasks as well as strategic projects within the Global Industry Solutions department.

    Responsibilities include monthly sales result tracking in Salesforce for the purpose of Sales Incentive payout calculation, supporting GIS budget planning including creation of Industry Strategy slide decks and Industry sales forecasts, creating and maintaining Industry dashboards in Salesforce, and supporting Industry Marketing activities in collaboration with Product Marketing.

    In addition, provide executive administrative support to the Vice President of Global Industry Solutions.

    Track monthly sales results for Primary and Growth accounts for all GIS groups, including support of Salesforce automation project, transition of data checking function to Finance, and creation of Industry dashboards in Salesforce/Tableau.


    • Support all budget planning activities for GIS including creation of Industry sales forecasts, account sales planning, GISD sales results tracking/forecasting, and A1 Industry Strategy PowerPoint slide creation among others.
    • Support Industry Marketing activities for all GIS groups working closely with Product Marketing, including Vertical market focused collateral creation (brochures, PPTs), Industry sales training content creation, Industry trade show messaging and participation among others.
    • Help coordinate and attend annual/semi-annual GIS team meetings and quarterly all GIS meetings to gain a better understanding of each GIS team's activities and the markets and customers they serve.
    • Create/consolidate GIS monthly report, provide pricing/margin analysis for special projects, and support other administrative tasks/strategic projects as requested by GIS Directors/Sr Mgrs.
    Executive Administrative Support to Vice President of Global Industry Solutions

    • Book all travel reservations including air, lodging and local transportation.
    • Coordinate the preparation of PowerPoint or other presentations for specific customer or internal meetings, including regular updates to GIS overview/strategy presentations.
    • Approve CRM quotes, paid time off requests, sign NDAs/other contracts, and perform all administrative tasks as requested by the VP GIS.
    • Bachelor's degree in administration/marketing or equivalent experience
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to actively prioritize projects
    • SAP ECC or HANA
    • Salesforce CRM
    This will be a hybrid position, 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
