    Description
    A successful candidate will work directly with external brokers regarding any loan inquiries while reporting to upper management and providing recommendations on all transactions

    Orchestrate loan closings on all fronts while coordinating with lawyers, third parties and negotiating financial terms with both borrows and brokers

    Creatively orchestrate and expedite loan closings on real estate investment transactions
    Draft and review loan memos for credit committee review and approval
    Review all property financial statements and reports, inspection of properties and interview borrowers

    Professional Designation or MBA is preferred
    ~7-10 year's of experience within commercial real estate is preferred
    ~ Knowledge of policy contracts, statutory constraints, risk sources while strategically drafting loans and completely transactions
