    Email Marketing Manager

    Reporting to:
    Director, Performance Marketing
    Hybrid work environment (Remote/Central Office)

    As Canada's leading clothing retailer of high-end men's wear based in Toronto and operating in major centres across Canada, an exciting and challenging opportunity exists in the Marketing Department.

    In this role, the successful candidate will be part of the Performance Marketing Team and will be responsible for leading a team to drive Strategy & Channel Performance, as the Email Marketing Manager .

    Develop and execute the overall email marketing strategy in support of our overall business objectives
    Manage the email marketing calendar to drive business outcomes
    Review and approve all email communications ensuring accuracy, quality and adherence to email best practices
    Continually seek to improve the efficiency of the email campaign process in partnership with other stakeholders including creative, brand, ecommerce, loyalty & data and analytics
    Manage the email marketing budget, ensuring email sends are within allocated agreements
    Performance Analytics
    Set key performance indicators for email channel including revenue and engagement targets
    SMS Marketing
    Develop a comprehensive SMS marketing strategy in support of key cross-functional initiatives
    Lead the onboarding and implementation of SMS marketing becoming a subject matter expert
    Manage projects and vendors that can help drive continuous improvement within email and SMS marketing
    Other duties and Projects – as assigned
    Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or other relevant field
    5+ years of related experience - specifically in Email Marketing
    Experience in leading strategy, team and email projects
    Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email creation is considered an asset
    Proficiency with email marketing platforms
    ability to synthesize and effectively communicate client data
    Technically proficient using MS Office, including using formulas and pivot tables in Excel
