- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor on digital marketing strategy
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Provide Paid Social advice and guidance to clients on industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions.
- Oversee the execution of campaign plans, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively, working to find mutually beneficial resolutions.
- Collaborate with clients to forecast future needs, demand, and opportunities, allowing for proactive planning and resource allocation.
- Develop multi-channel media strategies & tactics to reach client business objectives
- Elaborate, execute and manage social marketing strategies focused on client's objectives
- Create media plans with high-level strategies, objectives and clear recommendations of tactics, audience, messaging angles, formats, budget and KPIs
- Brief & collaborate with our internal operational team to ensure the proper delivery & follow-up of campaign and account performances
- Monitor campaign business performance metrics and make data-driven optimizations to improve results
- Manage paid social acquisition & remarketing campaigns for our e-commerce clients
- Monitor, track and optimize paid social campaigns performances based on client's objectives on a daily and weekly basis
- Analyze & report on campaign performances to generate actionable insights
- Uphold Labelium's social best practices and account management methodology
- Build insightful and readable reports via excel or powerpoint to allow clients to monitor performances and provide actionable recommendations
- Create Strategic and insightful Quarterly Reports and performances for the client across your portfolio
- Communicate, inform, and build a strong relationship with clients
- Building trust and transparency with both the clients and the team. Maintain this trust towards the agency.
- Collaborate internally, with other partner agencies & your clients on future planning & activation that integrates Paid Social.
- 3-4 plus years of work experience in a similar position (agency experience would be an asset)
- Ability to understand customer needs and create results-oriented social campaigns based on the client's objectives and strategy.
- Strong understanding of Audience & Funnel Strategies
- Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager & Google Analytics. Other DSPs or analytics tools are welcomed (TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads)
- Facebook Blueprint Certified (Media Planning) is highly recommended
- Bonus : Facebook Blueprint Certification for Media Planning is a bonus
- Experience with Collaborative Ads is optional but a strong asset

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The purpose of the Paid Social Senior Account Manager is to plan, assess, create & optimize social campaigns for e-commerce brands focused on generating brand awareness, traffic, sales & profitability. Improving their social campaigns allows you to help them grow their brand, their consumer engagement & sales to build healthy and sustainable business growth. This involves, among other things, awareness, acquisition & remarketing campaigns built on Facebook business ads manager but also on several other social media platforms such as TikTok.
The key to success for this role is to value business impact based on knowledge and understanding of customers behaviours throughout their complete consumer journey (prospecting, remarketing, etc...)
Demonstrating proactivity and curiosity, the Senior Paid Social Manager is interested in further understanding the challenges of today and tomorrow. He/She/They does/do not hesitate to cover the depth and breadth of the latest innovations and will help our clients understand and seize all of the opportunities linked to social media campaigns as part of their expertise.
