    We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Maintenance Manager to join our team at our Calgary, AB Base.

    Reporting directly to the Director of Maintenance or their designate, the Senior Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising all maintenance operations for Central Mountain Air's fleet of aircraft.

    This role encompasses oversight of both line and heavy maintenance activities across Central Mountain Air's bases in Vancouver, BC, Calgary, AB, and Smithers, BC.

    Support the maintenance control system for Central Mountain Air's fleet of DHC-8's, Dornier 328's and B1900D's.

    Maintain compliance to Central Mountain Air's Safety Management System (SMS), Maintenance Control Manual (MCM), and Maintenance Control Procedures (MCP) policies and procedures.

    Authority for this position includes full authority to remove aircraft from operational status; Accountable for managing employee performance reviews.

    Assess and allocate resources / manpower accordingly ensuring projects have necessary resources to maintain timelines.
    Assist in the review of applicable AD's and SB's for possible implementation.
    Provide technical assistance related to recurring defects and reliability.
    M. accurate and timely project progression reports.
    Coordinate heavy maintenance visits (HMV).
    Actively participate in the Company's Safety Management System program.
    During absence, these responsibilities may be appointed, subject to acceptance of the Director of Maintenance.
    Other duties and tasks as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.

    Valid AME M2 license required, with a minimum of five years of experience on DHC-8 and /or Dornier 328 experience.

    ~5 years of supervisory experience in an aircraft maintenance capacity.
    ~ B1900D experience an asset.
    ~ Proven time management skills and strong attention to detail.
