    Description

    XTL Distribution is looking for a Customer Account Coordinator for our Delta Warehouse

    The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is focused on detail and will strive to adequately meet our customer's needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain customer relationships
    • Update customer profiles and monitor accounts
    • Create orders while ensuing invoices and billing are accurate
    • Prepare reports required for clients and/or sales
    • Modify and update customer account data
    • Follow up with the operations department to ensure that all relevant documents are accurate (products received and products shipped)
    • Check that transactions and services are correctly entered into the system and invoiced
    • Schedule and update appointments when required from customers
    • Follow up with customers on a regular basis
    • Communicate customers' requests/ needs with operations
    • Ensure data integrity while complying, tracking, managing and completing the orders
    • Ensure quality of all services and verifying accuracy of data prior to completing the orders

    Requirements

    • Must have at least 1 year of previous experience working in a warehousing, transportation or logistics environment
    • Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
    • Strong business acumen and problem solving skills
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
    • Knowledge of AS400 is an asset
    • Able to work independently with little supervision with a strong attention to detail
    • Able to juggle multiple projects, some with conflicting deadlines and give close attention to detail

    Shift

    • Monday- Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
    • Group insurance benefits paid at 100% by the employer after the probationary period;
    • Have a competitive salary
    • RRSP match program with match up to 3% (after completion of 3 months probation)
    • Pay based on experience
