    Responsibilities
    Collect information from branches in order to prepare the file;
    Assist in the preparation of quotes and sales contracts;
    Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on all proposals;
    Collect data and create various reports upon request;
    Make credit requests from manufacturers;
    Order equipment from suppliers;
    Receive purchase orders from units for updating the inventory;
    All other related tasks linked to the company's computer system;

    Qualifications
    n order to qualify as a sales coordinator you must have the following skills:

    • Natural ease with computers and software
    • Good resistance to pressure and respect for deadlines and deadlines
    • Learn quickly, be alert and dynamic
    • Bilingualism required (oral and written)
    • Be comfortable working in an openplan environment
