    A propos du poste :

    En tant que Superviseur, E-commerce, vous participerez activement à la mise en œuvre de la fonction, de la stratégie et de la pratique E-commerce pour notre client L'Oréal (E-retail, Amazon focus) avec le soutien du Directeur et du Directeur Associé de l'équipe. Vous travaillerezenétroite collaboration avec nos marques, nos clients et l'équipe interne pour fournir les meilleurs conseils, planifier et contrôler la stratégie de commerce électronique, en vous concentrant sur la compréhension de l'entreprise et l'atteinte des KPI. En outre, pour avoir un accès rapide à l'entonnoir complet, à la bêta et aux pratiques, vous ferez également partie, avec vos collègues, de la division numérique de la marque, composée de quelques marques (3-4) ayant un modèle commercial de vente au détail en ligne.

    Vous dirigerez la pratique Amazon, par le biais de la planification Amazon (marques croisées) et de la recherche Amazon.

  • Vous devrez développer et gérer des stratégies de croissance pluriannuelles de haut niveau pour les clients, en tirant parti de votre expertise en matière de canaux, de vente au détail et de médias.
  • Participer activement à la réalisation des services et de la stratégie de commerce électronique pour toutes les marques, en étroite collaboration avec le directeur, le directeur adjoint et l'équipe de commerce électronique, y compris Amazon et d'autres détaillants.
  • Collaborer au développement de la stratégie du portefeuille DBU avec l'équipe : NYX, Thayer's, marques PPD (produits professionnels).
  • Préparer des analyses perspicaces, résumées dans des rapports convaincants, afin de fournir en permanence aux marques des informations sur les fournisseurs, les innovations et les concurrents.
  • Collaborer régulièrement avec l'équipe média afin de formuler des recommandations étayées par des données et des analyses.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les médias d'Amazon, de Walmart et de Loblaws.
  • Travailler avec des groupes internes et externes (Wavemaker, Labellium, Trading desk, Ad ops, marques) sur le développement de tableaux de bord et de processus de performance.
  • Contrôler les tests et l'apprentissage dans toutes les marques en vue de l'automatisation.
  • Gestion du budget ecommerce du client en partenariat avec les équipes d'investissement numérique pour maintenir une approche basée sur la performance et les résultats
  • Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe Digital (Programmatic, Social)
  • Superviser l'équipe de recherche, grâce à votre expérience approfondie de la recherche sur Amazon.
  • Aider à superviser la formation du personnel et les besoins de développement.
  • Vos qualifications :

  • Minimum 4 à 5 ans d'expérience dans l'implémentation ou dans un domaine connexe, dans le domaine du numérique, avec un accent particulier sur le commerce électronique et les médias.
  • Compréhension des bases et des concepts des médias.
  • Connaissance de toutes les méthodes et tactiques d'achat, permettant de comprendre l'efficacité des médias
  • Maîtrise de tous les canaux de médias numériques
  • Solide compréhension des écosystèmes du commerce électronique et de la vente au détail en ligne, au-delà des médias
  • Compréhension du paysage programmatique ou des capacités au sein de certains écosystèmes DSP : Une expérience directe dans un trading desk est un plus
  • Pensée centrée sur le consommateur et les données
  • Connaissance du DCM et des partenaires de vérification (double click, MOAT, DAR, doubleverify).

    About the Role:

    As Manager, E-commerce you will be actively participating in the carrying out of the E-commerce function, strategy, and practice for our client L'Oréal (E-retail, Amazon focus) with the support of the Director and Associate Director on the team. You will work closely with our brands, stakeholder clients and internal team to provide best advice, plan and monitor E-commerce strategy, focused on business understanding and meeting KPI's. Also, to get a rapid access to full funnel, beta & practices, you'll also bea part with your colleagues of the Digital brand Unit, composed of few (3-4) brands with E-retail business Model.

    You will be leading the Amazon practice, through Amazon planning (cross brands) & Amazon search leading.

  • You will be expected to develop and manage high-level, multi-year growth strategies for the clients, leveraging both channel, retail, and media expertise
  • Actively participate in the delivery of eCommerce services + strategy across all brands working closely with the Director, Associate Director and the e-comm team including Amazon and other retailers
  • Collaborate on the development of the strategy of the DBU portfolio with the team: NYX, Thayer's, PPD brands (professional products).
  • Preparing insightful analysis, summarized in compelling reports, to provide ongoing delivery of insight to brands, from vendors, innovations, competitors
  • Routinely collaborates with the media team to arrive at recommendations supported by data and analytics
  • Collaborate closely with Amazon, Walmart, Loblaws media
  • Work with internal and external groups (Wavemaker, Labellium, Trading desk, Ad ops, brands) on the development of performances dashboards & processes
  • Monitoring test & learn across all brands with an eye to automation
  • Client ecommerce budget management in partnership with digital investment teams to maintain a performance and outcome-based approach
  • Working collaboratively with the Digital team (Programmatic, Social)
  • Oversee the search team, with your extensive experience with Amazon search.
  • Help oversee staffing training and developmental needs
  • Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of implementation experience or relatedworking across digital with an emphasis in e-retail and media
  • Demonstrates understanding of media basics and concepts
  • Knowledge of all buying methods and tactics, enabled to understand media efficacy
  • Master all digital media channels
  • Solid understanding of the e-commerce and e-retail ecosystems, beyond media
  • Understanding of programmatic landscape or capabilities within certain DSP eco-systems: Direct experience in a trading desk is a plus
  • Consumer centric and data-driven thinking
  • Know DCM & verification partners (double click, MOAT, DAR, double verify)
